Every class starts on time
When teachers badge on arrival, the director sees who is present before the first bell. Late arrivals beyond the grace period appear in reports the same day, so problems are handled early instead of at the end of the term.
Timetables without overlaps
The timetable is built class by class, and HAWA refuses any slot where a teacher, a class or a classroom would be booked twice. Changes during the year are checked the same way.
Fair pay, without recounting
At the end of the month, hours taught are already counted and multiplied by the right rate. Teachers can see their hours and next pay on the terminal, which ends most disputes before they start.
